• Assure proper identification, assessment, and deployment of talent based on the company s objectives & provide input from the perspective of the Talent Management division and ensure that relevant goals and objectives are integrated.
• Ensure that appraisals of employees are conducted in line with the performance expectations of each role. Coordinate with Human Resources and manage the implementation of the succession plan.
• Identify key trends and stay well-informed on the latest talent research and practices.
• Responsible for HR Planning and Recruitment (Local & Overseas) for company’s projects.
• Coordination with PMO & Project Planning understand the current & future manpower demand, its specification and schedule.
• For Blue-Collar vacancies, coordinate with company’s recruitment partner i.e. Najd, UAE, who take care of operational aspect of recruitment activity in different countries, however for quality assurance I select the final candidates according to predefined criteria. I use different sourcing sites especially Linked In, & Newspapers, followed by initial screening to arrange technical assessment & interviews.
• Identify & analyze different HR issues and evaluate HR Processes to advise management regarding scope of development in different areas along with any appropriate solutions

Manage HR Function of 22 branches of school with over 1200 employees mainly teachers located in different cities.
• HR Operations i.e. New Appointments, Resignations & Terminations, Final Settlements, Leaves, Supervising Group Benefits and Employee relations.
• Due to the high teacher’s turnover, and progressive HR requirement of schools, I need to maintain a large pool of candidates mainly teaching staff using different sourcing channels i.e. Linked In, Job Sites, Social Media, Newspaper and campus hiring.
• For management positions i.e. Principle, Headmistress & School Coordinator I was advised & trained to be proactive and plan ahead. Succession planning initiative was launched by the management where HR have to identify teachers with skills & potential to be a school administrator, and train them for that role over a period of 3 to 5 years.
• Performance Management was one of the major yearly exercises done extensively with the respective school heads. I was responsible to make sure that it is done as per policy and to deal with subsequent employee grievances
Achievements:
 Managed the overall recruitment for the 3 new schools launch.
 Studied factors of teacher’s turnover and took measures to counter the issue.
 Introduced & conducted training & development program for Office staff

I was associated with few training institutes and started to work as Trainer in 2012 independently for different companies using personal contacts. As an independent trainer, I have conducted following trainings.
• Customer service Training to CSR’s of an offshore call center based in Islamabad-Pakistan working on behalf of onlygroup.UK, office staff of different schools in Islamabad, and sales staff of Al Safa Mall Islamabad. It was classroom based interactive training session in order to educate trainees about the importance of customer care attitude for business and their selves.
• Prepared & conducted a three days training package on “MS Office” for Office Staff of “Educators”, Only group Call Center and Employees of Virtual University of Pakistan.
• Prepared and conducted a One day activity based training on “Service Excellence” to around 100 Office Staff of Educators School System in 5 different groups, May- 2014. The purpose of the training was to educate people about the prospects of positive attitude and what it takes to achieve Service Excellence. Similar training was conducted for office staff of BSS as In-house trainer.
• Training on “Selling & Customer Service” to over 50 participants from different shops of Centaurus & Safa Mall, organized by “Pak Turkey Education Alliance, Islamabad, Pakistan, June 2014.
