-Working on JSWP Al Salam Underpass UP03-D006,
-Monitoringthe Safe Work Process of day-to-day activities, which includes lifting, and installation of RC pipes, PRD, manholes, Interception Chambers (IC).
-Conduct toolbox talks, safety committee meetings and safety trainings on a daily, weekly, monthly basis as required. Conduct training, field coaching, and assessment for safety performance improvement projects.
-Supervise all on-site activities by monitoring the work performed; the material incorporated, and resource management including work force and equipment.
-Develop periodical progress report (weekly and monthly basis).
-Immediately report any Non - conformances, corrective action reports or safety violation slips issued to the Project engineer verbally and by hand, written report copied to the HSE department.
-Liaisewith Project manager with toolbox talk's topics and material received from HSE office.
-Chair Project internal site safety meetings. Prepare and distribute the minutes to all concern and copy to HSE office.
-Liaise with clients and consultant on site issues regarding HSE matters and notify to HSE office in writing.
-Attend Project HSE Coordination meetings.
-Actions track the HSE actions raised through minutes of meetings and report to the Project Manager actions that exceed the agreed action time.
-Expedite the closing out of any Non-Conformances or Corrective actions through the construction group because of inspection or audit carried out.
-Conduct daily safety inspections to monitor works against documented safe system of work.
-Deal with near miss & issues in a prompt and effective manner
-Collaboratewith departments to promote and manage an effective safety culture and Health and Safety program
-Actas the primary point of contact for the area(s) of responsibility and collaborate with operational personnel to ensure hazards and risks are identified, reported, and managed
-Respondto accidents, evaluate, and recommend changes where necessary.
-Managingprocesses for risk assessment and implementing mitigation strategies.
-Implementand maintain ISO 45001:2018 OHSMS and other standard systems
-Recommendingmeasures to help protect workers from potentially hazardous work methods, processes, or materials.
-Supportingthe HSE Manager and HSE team to carry out their safety program responsibilities.
-ImplementingFire Fighting / First Aid / Emergency Response training.
