Operation and Maintenance of Warid (GSM 2G, 4G-LTE) network includes BTS, eNodeB, access/core transmission network & power systems.
 Planning, Scheduling, Organizing, Monitoring & controlling of all O & M activities.
 Fire Suppression system design and optimization in Core locations & cell sites.
 Data center infrastructure design, planning and implementation (civil works/cable laddering/Raised floor.
 Planning for projects including floor plans, cabling plans, HVAC plans, fire alarms plans, remote alarm plans.
 Responsible for MSC power & infrastructure including AC/DC power, HVAC, BBS & alarms systems.
 Ensure to meet the agreed KPI’s with customer (Warid) by the effective and efficient O&M of GSM (2G) & IP network (4G).
 Resource Management, Responsibly for maintaining adequate levels of resource, both human and equipment, in order to meet the all customer requirements.
 Efficiency, Responsible for maximizing efficiency while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by regularly reviewing organization, processes and performance.
 SPOC for MSTOP representing MS-FOPs Warid Pakistan.
 Performance, Review team performance reports, reacting swiftly to any issues as they arise and escalating as appropriate. Attend in managements meetings with responsible for Field Maintenance activities.
 Analysis reporting on BBS test cycle, PMR, MF versus outages, Link RSL, pool vehicles fueling,
Recurrent outage analysis.
 Planning & executing of BBS discharge tests on all sites in every quarter & to sort out low backup nodes and placing battery replacement requirement requests to NOQ which also includes remedy actions as priority based solutions.
 Deeply involved in Cisco 10G routers (IP Network) addition for metro & long haul network.
 My several proposals are successfully accomplished into implementation regarding transmission networks strategies including ring networks, line protection in network, Hop protection in network.
 Till now, 80% transmission related issues have been resolved in my region practically which were severely affected by fading & inclement weather outages in transmission network whereas remaining 20% are in pipeline for implementation.
 Providing the customized analysis reports, logs and data to Customer on need cum basis.
 Providing proposals to get the network availability improved.
 Responsible for planning & execution of PARs by coordinating with relevant FMEs & stake holders.
 Responsible for the rectification of all type of RF/NPO issues coordinating with all FMEs and relevant stakeholders to get the issues resolved.
 Responsible for identification & resolution of issues deteriorating the availability of network in “daily fluctuation report”.
 Detailed analysis & troubleshooting by using OSS, WinFIOL, CITRIX, TROUTS, MSDP.
 Detailed analysis of major outages and floating recommendations to prevent further incidents.
 Preparation of SER reports for priority outages.
 Preparation of call out duty Roster for regional team.
 Training of team members on new systems installed.
 Division of work among the team members in a justified way according to the technical expertise & competencies of every member.
 Building the required technical skills in the team to get the maximum possible output necessary for the organization growth.

BSS:
 Working on BSS side at Ericsson RBS 2106, 2107, 2206, 2207, 2116, 2216 (Flamingo) using OMT 35.5.
 (PAT) Commissioning and site acceptance by making different Tests.
 Inspection of site after the installation of subcontractor to monitor that all parameters like VSWR, Tx Power, Defining of External alarms and power test are according to SID (Site Installation Document) & to make sure quality installation of site.
 Performing feeder test VSWR/DTF using Site Master Anristu S331B and to conduct Bit Error Rate (BER) Test.
 Responsible for O & M of RBS which includes troubleshooting of Ericsson RBS as replacing PSU, dTRU, DXU, CDU, DRU, back panel, internal Y-link cable, internal ESB cable, ACCU unit.
 Saving, Loading, Re-Loading and Creation of IDB into the DXU flash card.
 Preparation and follow ups of Snags report for newly integrated sites.
 Responsible of NPO and performance related issues.
