•Setting up monthly meetings with project & sales managers to review pipeline and backlog projects to grant financial viability, efficiency and to plan targets and budgets
•Liaison with internal & external auditors for meeting with their requirements along with developing external relationships with banks

• Leading, developing and supervising the finance team for daily operations with delegation of different tasks and activities

• Preparation of financial analysis and compiling reports for treasury including; contribution to statutory returns, optimization of cash and FX position
• Validation of financial information for planning and projections of revenues and expenditures
• Responsible for providing monthly information for budget and variance analysis
• Compiling quantitative and qualitative investment information from both internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Interpreting data affecting investments portfolio; price, yield, future trends in investment risk, economic influences etc.
• Responsible for preparing financial models and scenarios, profitability analysis, advanced investment appraisals (MIRR, APV), regression analysis, data-tables for forecasting
• Evaluating profit and cost efficiencies in various functions and departments of equity investment organizations
• Communicating and liaison with external fund managers, banks and investors to maintain good relationships

• Handling and recording of cost invoices against quotations, purchase orders and delivery notes
• Issuance and recording of sales invoices in SAP, upon delivery confirmation
• Assisting in physical stock take
• Preparing and providing for fixed assets, lease and rent schedule etc.
• Responsible for preparation of reconciliation statements (bank and GL accounts)
