❖ Responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the storage procedure, from the complicated storage logistics, to keeping an eye on the
warehouse workers - scheduling shifts and ensuring staff are adequately trained. Juggling a variety of tasks, day-to-day duties will include:
❖ Processing orders
❖ Organizing the dispatch and delivery of goods
❖ Ensuring goods are stored safely & Keeping staff fully trained

❖ Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the stores reputation
❖ Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
❖ Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or display
❖ Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
❖ Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts

❖ Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle.
❖ Daily analysis of rider and restaurant performance.

❖ Leads the hiring and staffing of riders/drivers (external & internal).

•Manage & conduct Stocktaking on monthly basis to achieve 100% Inventory accuracy Rate.

Import and Re Export of Truck Spare Parts
•Receive the shipment as per purchase order, verify the document and parts.
•Prepare the receipt voucher with the parts cost.
•Prepare the sales order and invoices as per customer purchase order.
•Prepare the reports of parts receipt and issuance on weekly bases and monthly bases.
•Prepare the stock report on monthly bases, issuance documents, customs clearance documents and preparing purchase order.
•Prepare the inventory report for fast moving items monthly bases and whole stock inventory report after three months.
•Claim the parts to our supplier by using online software.


Responsibilities as Warranty supervisor:
•When we received the vehicle do the PDI (pre delivery inspection) and claim to our supplier.
•Register the engine with the dealer.
•After delivered the truck submit the parts warranty form to start the parts warranty and check the warranty coverage of the parts by website.
•Prepare the weekly bases parts claim report and parts warranty claim amount paid report on monthly bases.

❖ Assign the appropriate Location to the shipment according to the CBM of the material.
❖ Monitor the Picking, Packing & Loading, Inventory accuracy.
❖ Monitor the Pick with Strategies of FIFO (First in First Out) & FEFO (First Expiry First Out).

IN-Bound & OUT-Bound Responsibilities:
•Under general supervision, assist Operations teams by developing and implementing common work

•Maintains warehouse management system & Administers document control procedures.

•Review, verify and process quantity received against bills of lading, purchase requests and shipping documents.
•Burn the Radio Frequency (RF) Tags for all domestics and international Shipments.
•Quality inspection of Air Force Pallets checking all the documents & labeling.
•Quality check on ground shipment for Kuwait and Iraq.
•Check the Quality of packing and making the documents of the stuff send through courier to all over the world.

Storage Responsibilities:
•Check the quality and condition of the Stuff received.
•Assign the appropriate Location to the Stuff according to the weight and Cube of the stuff.
•Monitor the Picking, Packing & Loading, Inventory accuracy.
•Monitor the Pick with Strategies of FIFO (First in First Out) & FEFO (First Expiry First Out).
•Daily briefing for TSTI (Total Safety Task Instructions).
