Organizing and managing the day-to-day activities of Human Resources Division with good and effective personal relations with the employees including its administration activities, training management and coordination with the government relations functions
Directing and coordinating application of the company’s policies and procedures in regard to personnel and government relations. Assures that employment conditions, compensation practices, allowances and benefits are administered in accordance with approved company policies and governmental regulations.
Developing new or revised policies and procedures covering areas of responsibility.
Directing and ensuring the smooth flow of manpower between projects to facilitate the operation of the company
Organize meetings with Management, plans for manpower as per requirements. Set up the working methodology for succession planning analysis, implementation and monitoring
Develop the recruitment and selection process to include: Appointment/Confirmation/Termination/Resignation/Procedures/Process. Decide recruitment channels.
All related HR activities and guidance towards handling of training, work behavior and saudiazation.
Set up policies and procedures for the treatment of employees horizontal and vertical inter-organizational conflicts.
Enhance Organization communications
Encourage and develop employee communications
Ensure proper management of Staff and occupational and health safety
(a) Supervisor (HR Services)
Supervising the company’s insurance covering its 28, 000 employees
Supervises the contractor with the hospital and dispensary in the Eastern Province
Responsible for the employment and recruitment procedures
Responsible for the merger of HR for the companies of the Northern Province and the application of a united system for personnel
Supervises the various development programs covering the 30, 000 employees and follow up the employees’ development plans as per the company’s specified plans
(b) HR Training & Planning Consultant
Responsible for the planning and training requirement based on the company’s training plans and follow up the operational plans for the next year
Identify the areas for development. Explore the new skills to enhance productivity. Administer the Training Policy
