Leading the Electrical workshop team in one of Saint-Gobain Gyproc plants in Egypt, the team is consisting of seven technicians.
Follow up Air compressors maintenance plan.
Follow up Generators maintenance plan.
Manager deputy for new crusher line in my plant.
Cooperate with the EHS team to implement the EHS standards in our plant.
Attendance industrial meeting with the company top management to show the Electrical maintenance issues achievements in my plant.
Responsible for the implementation of EHS standard for “Electrical safety, Work permits, Safe plant and equipment isolation - Lock Out/Tag Out (LO/TO)”.
Formulate and implement the Electrical maintenance plan, follow up the electrical maintenance tasks.
Implement the automation projects to improve the plant machines reliability.
Working With PLC (SIEMENS - SHNIDER- DELTA- FATEK- LG), Inverters, Temperature Controllers, SCADA Systems (Indusoft- Intouch- Wincc), Upgrade Machines and Industrial Lines Using PLC and SCADA Systems.

Building control system for Packaging materials paint using PLC, HMI.
Exchanging the control and electrical system for Arburg injection molding machine using PLC, HMI.
Exchanging the control and electrical system for Air compressors in Ataka Power Plant using Siemens PLC, HMI.
Building control system for CIP, DIP, SIP in Prepare medicines field using PLC, HMI, SCADA System.
Exchange the control system for label machine in El-nasr Factory for Pharmaceutical industries using Siemens PLC, HMI.
Exchange the control system for Schneider paper cutting machine in El-shrook factory for press and label.
Building SCADA system for monitor and control El-ganna refrigerators in Nubaria city.
Exchanging the control and electrical system for SOOTBLOWER System in Ataka Power Plant using Siemens PLC, HMI.
