water and sewage lines and drainage storm water lines with water tank the project in Eastern Riyadh: Contracting & Facilities Infrastructure Projects
Projects:
Implementing infrastructure lines and associated water tank, owner: national water company, the work scope of the project: implementation of the main sewer line carrier diameter 1800 mm and 1600 mm concrete pipes lined with HDPE along 25 km including horizontal drilling at intersections with main roads and manholes, Wastewater treatment plant, home connections, approximate project value:(365, 000, 000 Saudi Riyals).
Responsibilities:
•Performed maintenance and repairs on all of the facility mechanical systems including security, heating, and AC
•Performed or managed preventative and on-demand maintenance programs improving building conditions and extending life of the facility.
• Manage the BD and Sales department and develop a growth strategy.
•Think strategically by seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
•Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
•Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
•Research and build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
•Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
•Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting client’s objectives
Plan approaches and pitches.
•Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Participate in pricing the solution/service.
•Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
•Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
•Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
•Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
•Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up to date on industry news.
•Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Attends networking events.
•Prepare high-level reports and presentations.
•Responsible for managing bids and ensuring that all bids are submitted on time and to a high standard
•Provided leadership to host and volunteer services increasing volunteer participation and reducing the workload on management with no additional expenses.
•Recognized for project management services in successful design and installation of the large commercial playground.
•Given increasing responsibility and leadership for seasonal and special events with up to 3, 000 people in attendance.
•Lead the team responsible for the ship's repairs and skillfully updated the ships reverse osmosis system.
•Conducted trend analysis to identify points of failure to maintain equipment reliability.
