- Assist in communicating with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and setup of event-related items and services.
- Collaborate with event planning teams, vendors, and venue staff to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
- Assist in addressing on-site issues and challenges as they arise to minimize disruptions.
- Help with the management of event equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good condition and readily available.
- Provide the operation plan, deployment plan, daily and weekly reports and all required
documentation.
- Manage day-to-day operations in purchasing, logistics, vendor management, and
following up with the local suppliers.
- Leading and managing more than 55+ marshals, 16+ supervisors and 7+ operation managers and ensuring smooth and seamless execution of operations.
- Reporting the daily, weekly, and monthly sales report of all stores to client (RCU).
- Overseeing and managing the security, valet, cleaners and sales staff for the event.
- Managing the event plans and working closely with other departments to ensure that all operational requirements of the event are fulfilled.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the athlete village and ensuring that everything is running smoothly.
- Overseeing the setup of the venue space including tables, chairs, sound equipment, lighting, and other elements.
- Supervising the venue operations and tending to any incidents or queries and ensuring that the venue and facilities are clean and organized.
- Managing and supervising of the site build up works and installations of tents, scaffoldings, podium, screen etc.
- Coordinate with the Production and Zone team to ensure that works are being done in accordance with the drawing layout
- Supervising and inspecting all the civil works at the site including Precast wall installation, fencing works, asphalt works and repair, and trenches excavation works
- Supervising, organizing, and coordinating the daily activities at the site
- Maintaining a safe, secure and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force
- Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations
- Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
- Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
- Plan the work and efficiently organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
- Managed and supervised the daily activities at site
