-Dealing with subcontractors following up with them

Site Engineer at "VINCI construction- GTM bâtiment", Rehabilitation of 233 apartments, Project budget 5Million Euros, Paris-France.
- Organization of the site and Contacting with the suppliers
- Controlling the progress of the project and assuring the quality control
- Quantity surveying.
- Responsible of providing project management to ensure the project’s execution and completion within budget and on schedule

Supervisor & Design Engineer, at The Yemeni Group for Contracting & Engineering, Yemen.
As a designer, my duties were including but limited to:
-Structural design and development on Computer aided design software programs.
- preparation of construction documents, contract plans, cost estimates & specifications.
- Responsibilities included over seeing CAD Drafting, producing and checking plans
As a Supervisor, my duties were including but limited to
- Construction Supervision, Inspection, and Monitoring of all site activities
- Planning the work at site and efficiently organizing the manpower and Facilities.
- Oversee quality control to ensure quality of construction according to the Specification.
- Liaising with surveyors to check all the surveying works and Leveling at the site.
- Resolves unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise in the implementation/construction stage of the project
