• Evaluate the maintenance team performance and prepare the development plan for them.
• Obtain the necessary resources (equipment, manpower etc) effectively to meet long range and near term maintenance goals.
• Planning and supervising for all the maintenance daily activates (Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation) in a 300MW Co-generation Power Plant.
• Member of the capital project for upgrading the plant control system to DCS.
• Participate in the DCIS Factory Acceptance Test(FTA) in Abu Dhabi.
• Worked with Honeywell engineers in India in preparing the new system (ExperionPKS) drowing for one month and I was the sec team leader.
• Worked with the Technical Support Division on analyzing and assuring the completion of day-to-day maintenance works.
• Provide engineering directions, and control to the contractors in the execution of special projects.
• Worked on different instrument field equipment such as control/shut off valves, different type of pneumatic controllers, all typs of transmitters, analyzers and switches.
• Supervising the installtion and the comissioning of Bently Nevada vibration system instrument (3300), Teledyne HM Hydrogen Generator, 300 smart transmitters (Rosemount) and Ultra Sonic system for diffrintal leve.
• Worked on the schematic drawing, troubleshooting and modifications of the Automatic Plant Controll systems Functional
• Bachelor degree in Applied Electrical Engineering • GPA 2.932 on 4.0 scale. • Area of concentration : Power System Analysis and Digital Control System.
