Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing projects, which includes planning, analyzing, scheduling, coordinating, tracking, and reporting for all projects managed.
• Responsible for the management of strategic projects including; work statements, work breakdown structures, developing and tracking budget and schedule, tracking individual project tasks, providing risk analysis, tracking and resolving issues and action items, requirements gathering, quality assurance, providing various project management visibility and control measures and reports as needed and communicating to project team and stakeholders.
• Responsible for developing and executing a project communication plan for all projects managed, effectively communicating with all stakeholders, cross functional resources, and external vendors.
• Applies effective project management techniques guided by the PMO leaders
• Document key notes and action items, distribute both internally and client facing, proactively drive for action item results and resolution.
• Leading and managing an enterprise-wide effort of identifying the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all the domains of the public sectors. These KPIs will be used to develop a management dashboard to facilitate fact based decision making.
• As part of requirements gathering capturing and managing business definitions/ metadata.
• Leading/Facilitating joint design sessions with business users.
• Building and maintaining relationships with the business partners to keep their active engagement in the BI projects.
• Meeting the SLAs to deliver the reports to the business users.
• Managing a group of 15 employees.

https://imdad.qa) which belong to General Secretariat of the Council - Qatar, which aims to develop a national information system to achieve sustainability of the economic and urbanization levels in Qatar, monitoring the strategic stockpiles for all primary materials including Building, Food, and Medicine, aligning the supply and demand strategic plans and to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations related to supply chain process, the number of participated entities are more than 40, including local Developers (Public Works Authority, Qatar Rail, Kahramaa, Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy, Qatar Petroleum, Mawani, Qatar Customs, Ministry of health and Ministry of Economy and Commerce, Qatar Chamber and Minister of Municipality and Environment), and leading providers companies in Qatar.
