Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing projects, which includes planning, analyzing, scheduling, coordinating, tracking, and reporting for all projects managed.
• Responsible for the management of strategic projects including; work statements, work breakdown structures, developing and tracking budget and schedule, tracking individual project tasks, providing risk analysis, tracking and resolving issues and action items, requirements gathering, quality assurance, providing various project management visibility and control measures and reports as needed and communicating to project team and stakeholders.
• Responsible for developing and executing a project communication plan for all projects managed, effectively communicating with all stakeholders, cross functional resources, and external vendors.
• Applies effective project management techniques guided by the PMO leaders
• Document key notes and action items, distribute both internally and client facing, proactively drive for action item results and resolution.
• Leading and managing an enterprise-wide effort of identifying the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all the domains of the public sectors. These KPIs will be used to develop a management dashboard to facilitate fact based decision making.
• As part of requirements gathering capturing and managing business definitions/ metadata.
• Leading/Facilitating joint design sessions with business users.
• Building and maintaining relationships with the business partners to keep their active engagement in the BI projects.

Key Achievements:
• Manage Imdad Program (https://imdad.qa) which belong to General Secretariat of the Council - Qatar, which aims to develop a national information system to achieve sustainability of the economic and urbanization levels in Qatar, monitoring the strategic stockpiles for all primary materials including Building, Food, and Medicine, aligning the supply and demand strategic plans and to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations related to supply chain process, the number of participated entities are more than 40, including local Developers (Public Works Authority, Qatar Rail, Kahramaa, Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy, Qatar Petroleum, Mawani, Qatar Customs, Ministry of health and Ministry of Economy and Commerce, Qatar Chamber and Minister of Municipality and Environment), and leading providers companies in Qatar.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing PMI related aspects in terms of Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling and Closing Projects with six-sigma expertise as needed to ensure rigor and sustainable results.
• Applying PMI-Methodology, COSO, COBIT, SDLC, ITIL, Internal controls and best practices;
• Making sure there is a smooth change over from the old system to the new one.
• Keeping management and clients updated on progress.
• Evaluation of each project stage and once completed.
• Assuring that work defined in the project management plan is being delivered successfully on a timely manner.
• Measuring project performance to determine variances from the project management plan.
• Closing all activities formally and hand off the completed product to appropriate parties.
• Verifying that the defined deliverable are met and accordingly confirm that the project is completed.
• Preparing, analyzing and presenting the Project Management Department (PMD) documents and statistics for the top management.

• Designed & Deployed the IT Reporting Dashboard for the CEO (templates & processes).
• Drastically reduced the number of technical issues for the maintenance/operation projects and the time to response/fix the open requests by applying six sigma methodologies and achieved significant cost reduction.
• Appointed as a member of EPG (Engineering Process Group).
• Appointed as a member of CMMI Committee (Capability Maturity Model Integration).
• Participating in most of bidding contracts meeting with CEO as technical advisor.
• Trained numerous clients on AVLS Tracking system.

- Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK)/ Enhanced Time Series System (ETSS):
Project Description: migrate, develop, implement BI and implement Time Series application using SAS technology and other application development tools.

- Central Agency for Information Technology (CAIT)/ Kuwait Government Online (KGO): customer-centric portal which provide the stepping stone to all internet-based interaction between the government bodies and its customers.

- Ministry of Interior (MOI) / Driving Licenses System(DL):
Project Description: end to end turnkey solution for building Driving Licenses and Driving Permission Personalization System and Electronic Document Archive.

- Network Facilities Management System (NFMS) based on GIS for Ministry of Communications (MoC)
Project Description: support telephone network design, maintenance, engineering, planning, operations, customer care, enabling to display the locations of infrastructures and integrate the business workflow among departments using the GIS based NMS.

- Management System based on GIS of Animals and Fisheries Sector for Public Authority of Agriculture Affairs & Fish Resources.

- Kuwait Public Transportation Company - Smart Fare Collection (SFC):
Project Description: smart fare collection system which Includes: Smart fare collection device, subscription Application, prepaid Application, inspector Application and DSS application.

Software customizing, Software upgrading, Customer training / support, Product Evaluation, System Administrative & Maintenance.

Work Experience:

*Led the company into a new market area (public transport) through strategic development of relationships and use of market intelligence. Developed this market to 25% of the local office workload, and 10-15% of companywide work.

*Companywide analytical strategy leader for public transport planning. Provided technical oversight and training. Success in this role allowed the market for these services to grow across the company, without requiring an expert based in each office.

Project Experience:

*Ministry of Trasportation (Sharja) (2007/2008) :
Determine the profile of public transport in rural areas of the Sharja area, with the aim of improving infrastructure and introducing more
frequent public transport services. GIS buffering tools were used on current road infrastructure, to determine the number of people that are with/without infrastructure.
