Analyzing and planning the restaurant sales levels including sales forecast, food & operation cost control, inventory and P&L report.
Managing and controlling the FOH and BOH staff and ensure that they are accomplishing their job.
Purchase food products within established guidelines. Oversee correct receipt, storage and handling of food products to ensure quality and freshness at all times.
Prioritizes, schedules, trains, reviews and evaluates assigned restaurant staff.
Ensure customer service satisfaction.
Shift-end, closing reports and all computer generated report.
Update Profit Maker, Category Analysis & Food Management System.
Complete a variety of forms and prepare account summary and report.
