 Purchase food products within established guidelines. Oversee correct receipt, storage and handling of food products to ensure quality and freshness at all times.
 Prioritizes, schedules, trains, reviews and evaluates assigned restaurant staff.
 Ensure customer service satisfaction.
 Shift-end, closing reports and all computer generated report.
 Update Profit Maker, Category Analysis & Food Management System.
 Complete a variety of forms and prepare account summary and report.
