Arrangement all Civil Activities Inspections monitoring with team& Site supervision monitoring
Progress Reports Review .Review and verification of 3 weeks look ahead Schedule &Progress monitoring Schedule up dating.
Monitoring of progress against level 3 schedule and planning of recovery plans.
Planning and coordinating civil quality and safety meetings.
Inspection and Testing Plans (ITP) Review .Initiating of Civil Activities Method Statements (MS) & Task Risk Assessments (TRA)
Team leader for sessions which might required with Client &Consultant for explanation OF M.S or TRA or in case of any proposal required.
Material approval requests review, in the meantime placing orders for Civil Permanent materials .As well Quality and material planning for civil activities.
Coordination’s between Engineering and Civil departments in site civil scope.
Coordination with Electro Mechanical departments for handover purposes and points of interference between MEP and civil departments.
Review and approval of any proposed design changes in coordination with Engineering Department.
Coordination between safety and civil departments in site civil scope.
Being a permit to work (PTW) (Based on ADCO Regulations) Coordinator.
Issuing Authority (IA) & Area Authority (AA) for PTW system.
Reviewing Contracts & Following Sub contractor and to ensure safety standards and procedures in the main time Scope of Contracts are implemented and followed in accordance with contract requirements and Company guidelines.
Fit out (Finishing) & Structure Quality Assurance in order to maintain the highest quality based on Quality &Control Procedures (QCP).

Main Responsibilities:-
✓ Managing and Planning for Project Implementation.
✓ Scheduling, Planning, Obtaining materials and selecting equipment used.
✓ To handle procurement activities relating to contracts and sub contracts in accordance with Company Procedures and Procurement department activities.
✓ Monitor and control expenses related to project work and ensure organizational forecasts and budgets are met for these expenses.
✓ To ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed in accordance with contract requirements and Company guidelines.
✓ To undertake QC reporting interaction with other sub contractors of project and clients to assure execution schedules are met with planning.
✓ To act as a liaison with contractors and clients managing any work interfaces and enhancements to project scope.
✓ To review and evaluate technical submittals and shop drawings prior to submission to consultants and clients according to required project standards.
✓ Attend coordination's meeting with client & Consultant to follow the progress of projects execution.
✓ Site Supervision, Quality Control and solving site problems in addition of Staff missions Distribution.
✓ Following all the relevant drawings, Specifications and Bill of Quantities.
✓ Coordination with all the sub contractors, arrange and monitoring work execution in addition to releasing payment.
✓ Coordination with the relevant local authorities to get the NOC's letters and all the required permissions.
