Participating with the entity’s family to achieve its Goals, Mission, and Vision, and increasing the ROI (Return on Investment); that will happen through understanding the entity’s strategic plans, and recommending for any modifications (if required); that will happen after and while working on 4 parallel lines as below:-
A. Dealing with the decision takers
As a decision maker for this line; I have many commitments and ethics toward them by ensuring submitting my periodic reports as required in accurate, clear, transparent, and honest. These reports including the below (and others as per the situation requirements)
• Financial statements as per IFRS, or any other specific GAAP
• MIS reports as required by entity’s activity (actual vs. budget, financial statements analysis …etc.)

• Ensure corporate governance and compliance with all legislation
• Any other reports as per the entity’s policy and situation requirements

B. Dealing with other departments

As an advisor for this line (internal partners) I have many duties toward them, such as;
• Understanding their work cycle to evaluate our submitted services and to improve it (if required) to ensure that work is going on smoothly
• Supporting in budget preparation
• Providing each department with its performance reports with advices on how to improve the performance
• Submitting advices sheet in case if my team's results showed that there will be any kind of variations with the authorized plan and budget, to avoid any deviation

C. Dealing with my team

As a decision taker for this line I have many commitments and ethics toward them, on technical and psychological sides by training, motivating, encouraging them to improve their performance as futures finance managers doing the below tasks;

• Forcing the best financial system, model, and policy depending on business type and nature (if required), or modifying the existing one (if required)
• Participating in the budgeting and forecasting process and developing long-term business plans to minimize the financial risk
• Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
• Managing the cash flows, monitoring bank accounts, and maintaining the relations with the banks and vendors
• Analyzing the financial statements for improving the entity performance, credit position, and investment situation.
• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
• Monitoring the accuracy of accounting treatments and classifications
• Preparing the consolidated reports for the group, or the branches as applicable
• Preparing the taxes reports
• Facing any challenge, and finding the best solution for any issue

D. Dealing with external partners

As we have many external partners and the relation with them should be maintained on proper way, so I have many commitments and ethics toward them to ensure that we will gain the maximum benefits of our relation together

• Maintaining the relation with banks officers
• Maintaining and negotiation with suppliers & subcontractors if required
• Maintaining the relation with creditors and debtors
• Maintaining the relation with external auditors
• Maintaining the relation with tax agents and / Or FTA inspectors
