I'm Senior Technician of scientific research. I'm reponsible for a research on the isolation of microbial strains capable of developing organic agriculture and other antibiotics isolated strains of endophytic medicinal and aromatic plants
Since February 2013 Engineer’s under grade of Senior Research Technician \n \nEntreprise CBS ( Sfax, TUNISIE) \n \nI'm Senior Technician of scientific research. I'm reponsible for a research on the isolation and identification of microbial strains capable of developing a high enzymatic activity for detergent and biocleaning traitement. \nThese strains were cultivated in bioreactor of 5 or 15 liters for quantity production of Biomolecules.
- Isolation, purification and molecular identification of microbial species endophytes.
- To characterize their spectrum of antibacterial activity and / or antifungal activity.
- Identify microbial species able to solubilize different minerals in the soil.
- Identify nitrogen-fixing species.
-Extract the essential oils of several medicinal plants and testing their biological activity.
