• Follow up with VIP Customers EX (SABB and ALTAWNYA Insurance) and solve technical problems with click to ship system.
Follow up and coordinates with clients and customers and manage the projects from office
• Office management arrange meetings with clients and receive customers complains and arrange schedule for meeting and interviews for the general manager, writing official letters and emails.
• Manage and organize manager appointments .
Making weekly and monthly reports about all projects handled by the Company.
