• Preparing follow-up performance reports explaining the problems, constraints and proposals for amendment.
•Activating communication, consultation and negotiation with the support bodies.

•Coordination with the follow-up engineer and the project manager to take the initial appropriations for the start of the projects.
•Following up the implementation of projects according to the contract through periodic visits
•Attend periodic meetings with the owners and consultants to follow up the implementation of what came out
•Solving disputes between the company and both the consultants and the owners
•Follow-up procedures for delivery of primary and final projects.
•Ensure that costs are reviewed for projects under implementation.
•Analyze the results of implementation and compare them with the original study to derive lessons learned.
Managing and directing a team of multidisciplinary and multicultural engineers to achieve projects through its known processes groups regarding a realistic baseline up to ownership transfer.
