EMPLOYEES AND MAINTAIN ALL WORK ACCORDING TO REQUIRED POLICIES AND PROCEDURES AND MAINTAIN KNOWLEDGE OF ALL FOOD AND BEVERAGE TRENDS.
PREPARE ESTIMATES OF ALL FOOD AND BEVERAGE COSTS AND COORDINATE WITH CORPORATE STAFF AND ASSIST TO PURCHASE ALL REQUIRED SUPPLIES AND PLACE REQUIRED ORDERS FOR ALL DISTRIBUTORS AND ENSURE RESPONSE TO ALL COMPLAINTS.
ENSURE COMPLIANCE TO ALL SECURITY PROCEDURES AND DESIGN STRATEGIES TO PROTECT ALL EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS AND DESIGN STRATEGIES TO REDUCE INJURIES TO STAFF AND PREPARE VARIOUS ACCIDENT REPORTS.
MANAGE ALL SHIFTS FOR RESTAURANT OPERATIONS AND SCHEDULE ALL PROCESS AND MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS AT ALL TIMES AND ASSIST TO RESOLVE ALL COMPLAINTS AND MAINTAIN FOOD QUALITY AT ALL TIMES AND PERFORM REGULAR INTERVIEWS WITH ALL EMPLOYEES.
PREFORM ORIENTATIONS AND PROVIDE TRAINING TO ALL NEW EMPLOYEES ON RESTAURANT PROCESSES AND DETERMINE APPROPRIATE FEEDBACK FROM EMPLOYEES AND MAINTAIN ALL RESTAURANT PLANS
Coordinate daily Front of the House restaurant operations
Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints Regularly review product quality and research new vendors Organise and supervise shifts
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Face to face customer handling and complain resolution
Training and observing the crew staff on monthly and daily basis
Schedule and organising floor plans and the best results out of the staff
Screening and interview on new candidates
