Preparing of weekly and monthly reports Prepare a Delay schedule and forward to all the user and supervisor & foramen Prepare time sheet &Over time resave inspection crane paper delay. Checking the inspection sticker for the Equipment when will be finish and procedure to Renewal

Supervise staff activities around the port area
Preparation Letter /writing in English/Arabic language
Organize and arrange business meetings
Conduct new job candidates interviewing and evaluation
Employee's Time sheets preparation and daily attendance
Employee's Duty trips arrangements (Hotel Reservations, Car Rentals, and Airline Tickets Reservation
