Part of one of the biggest projects of Ministry of Housing Saudi Arabia which is for Construction of 593 independent villas, four Mosques which can accommodate 200 people, and a big Mosque which can accommodate 1500 people and its infrastructure includes: water, sewage, storm water, electrical, communication, roads networks & ramp, sidewalk, parking area, main water tanks, At Al-Qunfudhah city, with total area 600, 000m2, a total cost over 275 million riyals, undertaken by Ministry of Housing.
Project Manager-Various Residential Projects
Various Residential projects duties including but not limited to managing employees, monitoring construction progress, budgeting site finances and communicating with the project owners. Also tracking work quality, ensuring safe work conditions and make sure contractors are paid on time.
Duties:
• Assuring the work being done is to the client’s exact specifications.
• Oversee technical engineering staff to guarantee the successful completion of the project.
• Produce and issued precise technical specifications and data sheets.
• Ensuring a tight control over costs.
• Providing regular direction, mentorship, and coaching to team members.
• Creating project specifications and outlining the scope required to meet goals.
1) JW Marriott Abu Dhabi Resort & Spa
The project scope consists of the construction of 10 hotel towers, 88
Individual chalets, as well as the on-site Venetian Village. The total built-up area of the project is around 178, 000 square meters, excluding the external works. Contract Value US$: 295 million
2) Abu Dhabi 5 Star Hotel- Multi Purpose
Which consists of 40 floor hotel tower, 23 floor Service building, and a 20 floor office building, and an 18 floor furnished apartment complex. These projects are huge Multi hotel compound Touristic resort.
The project scope consists of the construction of a new military camp, with a total area over 53.000 square meters, 10, 000 square meters total constructed area including fourteen facilities for different purposes. External works including (23, 000 square meters road and asphalt, interlock pathways, boundary walls, bomb rooms, STB tanks, 35, 000 gallon capacity underground water tanks, observation tower, helipad, electrical station, and all kinds of external works and services. Project was completed two months in advance.
Running my own construction business office in Texas-USA., dealing with
limited Construction Operations, which included the following activities:
Residential Buildings Maintenance and Renovation works:-
Executed several Maintenance and Renovation Contracts
for Residential Buildings in Texas, Arlington, works mainly
included External Buildings' Elevations, Internal Partitions and
Flooring / Reflected Ceiling.
Interior Design Works:- Include Design and Execution of floor /
wall / ceiling works by using Mosaics, Ceramics / porcelain,
Marble, Vinyl and Wood tiles.
Executed various constructions contracts on my own expense in Jordan,
including five schools - annex buildings for the Jordanian Ministry of Education
under the supervision of RJSA (Royal Jordanian Scientific Association)” in
Irbid & Al Mafraqu and various cities in Jordan - Jordan.
