Duties
Directs Team Quality initiatives including:

Administrator for SnagR (Quality Defect) software database:
• Ensures data accuracy

• Device rules and requirements

Managing project close-out activities including:
• Defect Management (snagging) by monitoring the closure of the snags around the lounges with a team of quality engineers and supervisors to rectify all snags.
• Issues weekly progress snag reports to the Consultant.
• Prepares and submits variation orders to the claims and variations department and participating in internal claims meetings to provide supportive documents needed related to quality and resources.
• Interfaces with contracts and legal to ensure proper contractual close-out
• QCDD Certification
• Attends quality meetings with the Consultant and following up all pending issues
• Manages all documentation for final close-out deliverables, including all quality and project documents



Work finalization:
• Prepare, monitor, and tracking of all work permits related to ongoing work
• Oversee the Preparation of daily and weekly progress reports issued to the consultant.
• Lead in the coordination with the different parties for the requirements of the project in order to ensure the project receives the support required to function effectively and execute the scope / activities efficiently on site.
• Currently taking part of the project closure by working closely with the cost controllers to cut down the cost and demobilize the staff depending on the need of the project.
• Working closely with the project director and giving him all the needed administrative and support.
