Managing income and expenses
Control of general purchasing and payments
Handling of cash receipts.
Guiding and assisting the student to ensure he/she achieve his/her highest potential.
Focus on the individual needs of each child, including the ADHD, Dyslectic and Autistic spectrum
Meaningful inclusion of the student in the education program.
Aligh this support with the aims and goals set by the Teacher
Feedback and report of the progress and challenges of the student
Communication with all stakeholders.
Front desk management
Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
Provide information to callers
Direct persons to correct destinations
Deal with queries from public and customers
Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness

Provide general administrative and clerical support
Grow a sector specific knowledge base in Education and Healthcare.

Researched and recruited relevant UK businesses interested in an export opportunity to the UAE.
Attend all relevant exhibitions in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to develop new business relationships.
Plan and attend roadshow meetings for assigned portfolio clients.
Effectively marketing Educational and Medical products to prospective clients, ie educational facilities and hospitals.
Developing relationships with customers. These customers included local authorities, principals and hospital managers.
