• Manage the clients social media accounts
• Handle community management on all social media platforms and conduct reports about audience insights
• Create engaging and innovative content that enlighten our target audiences about the clients’ brands and promote the key messages, mission, and vision
• Coordinate with social media creative team members including copywriters and designers and offer them guidance and direction to meet the clients’ expectations
• Work with other departments (especially the PR team) to develop social media timelines and tactics for new campaigns and plans
• Initiate social listening exercises, track and analyze the social media conversations
• Develop reports on the clients’ accounts and content performance on social media channels
• Monitor and develop reports on competitors activities on within social media space
• Develop social tactics, strategies, and content pillars
• Influencer Relationship Management
• Research the latest trends and best practices on the social media platforms
• Report to the Regional Director of Memac Ogilvy Public Relations
• Prepare management reports, financials summaries, and new business tracking reports
• Organize regional Webinars and group calls between 12 offices in MENA
• Prepare credentials and presentations to potentials clients among our region
• Organize case studies, proposals, RFPs and staff database
• Responsible of all the logistics of business trip
• Assist the Regional Planner in proposals, strategies and research
• Work on developing and consolidating market templates research
• Prepare small research on the newest trends in the MENA region to be shared with all the team
• Track and submit regional and international Awards
