a. Successfully obtained High Court Judgments, Rulings and Orders for clients in criminal and civil proceedings, drafted relevant pleadings including Summonses, Arguments, Motions and Affidavits, appearing before Magistrates, Judges and Justices.
b. Presently defending a high level employment termination suit instituted against a popular Commercial Bank in Nigeria. The Applicant seeks a huge financial claim against our Clit (the Commercial Bank) and we are close to getting judgment in favour of our Client in the matter.
c. Representing Corporate Clients in relation to a Garnishees and Mareva injunctions claims (fatal and non-fatal) and debt enforcement and Res preservation procedures.
d. Managing a high volume caseload involving both complex and straightforward personal injury claims, particularly commercial breach of contracts.
e. Currently advising client on potential action before National Industrial Court in employment related appeals.
f. Representing claimants in judicial review proceedings before the Industrial Court.

g. Involved in wide ranging commercial transactions acting on behalf of both financial institutions and borrowers.

l. Support for all business functions in drafting and reviewing contracts - such as commercial trading agreements, event contracts and music/record label agreements.
