My main duties were to provide good costumer service by translating formal letters, interpreting between the costumers and the service crew, and helping the crew to deliver the best quality of service.
I studied many fields of English translation such as military, economic, medical... etc. As a part of my education, I was signed on at Twinning Programme to develop my English.
