Reporting / International Production Team Leader

Reporting and Data Analysis:
• Generate, introduce, develop and roll out various dashboards, reports and analytical tools.
• Translate the department requirements into reporting tools.
• Generate reports to assist in analyzing data, performances and KPIs for the company’s operations in order to evaluate if the targets set for Sales and Production and Marketing are met.
• Analyse product and merchant databases based on region, type, qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Maintain daily production reports for the COO and the Production Manager.
• Maintain weekly operation and production reports for the senior management including the CEO, COO and CFO.
Production Team Leader:
• Manage a production team of seven located globally across the International branches of the company (South Africa - Hong Kong - Malaysia - Singapore - Athens - Cyprus).
• Manage the flow of day-to-day tasks and allocate them to the team in order to ensure delivery of digital/print core products adhering to the production schedule.
• Create and update production reports/trackers in order to monitor the progress of the production cycle and the completion of daily and weekly targets.
• Ensure the implementation of procedures and quality checks as designated by the Quality Team by liaising with the editors.
• Work with the Production Manager and other team leaders to delegate and oversee the production of products customised for corporate sales and employee reward programs.
• Assist in the training of the production teams regarding the process from the operations point of view in order to meet the targets and deadlines of each product.
• Conduct random checks and report problems or concerns regarding quality, processes, equipment and materials.
• Support the Production Manager by working towards improving the work flow by redesigning and constantly updating the system following the digital data and marketing departments.
