ArcGIS Server + ArcGIS Desktop+ ArcSDE Oracle & SQL + 3GIS, Geocortex + Crime Analyst + FME + and familiar with all GIS products.
Managing Technical Department Entities: Technical Support, Customer Support, Technicians, Training, GIS and IT personnel.
• Supervise work flow and provide reports to Management, Accounting and Sales.
• Services Quality Assurance officer in charge.
• Test & evaluate new tracking devices and software.
• Officer in charge of big tenders and projects.
• Supervise GIS Department and Mapping.
• Supervise and monitor operations on Servers, Network, Database, Backup procedures, and advise/ modify related policies.
