Installation Inspection:
o MV, LV Normal & Emergency SWGR’s, MV, LV Power Distribution Transformer’s, Distribution Boards, UPS, Motors, MOV’s, Earthing and lightning, Lighting including shelter, Tanks, Area and streets. All type of Cable laying AG & UG.
o Instrument Rack Rooms DCS, ESD, F&G, CCTV, PAGA, LAN, Flow, Wireless system cabinets and marshalling panels. Instrument devices like PT, TT, FT, LT, PDIT, Indicators, SDV, ESDV, PRV, PCV, FCV, Gauges, Analyzers, Tubing, etc.
o HV and LV electrical equipment which includes motors, SWGR, MCC generator and Battery.
o Instrumentation System & Marshalling cabinets Transmitters Like PT, TT, FT, VT, LT, DPT, Gauges Like PG, TG, LG, FG, MOV’S, Valves- SDV, ESDV, PCV, FCV, Flow meters and its tubing with Monel, SS and Inconel, Fire Fighting Devices like VESDA, MCP, HD, FD, SD, GD, Inergen.
o Cable trays and conduits for cable laying and all type of cable laying, Splicing, glanding and Termination including FO.
o Quality Documents Closure as per ITP, SR and NCR raising and closure CMA and MS review and approval on Quality point of view.
o Software based document uploading, Software based conduction of Inspection, Punch list creation, System by System and Sub System monitoring and completion to achieve mile stones.
Performing:
o Allocating daily work assignments, sign and control work permits as well as arranging for special support services and coordinating work with other sections of the department.
o Complying with safety conditions and practice on all equipment on which he is working and observes the work permit regulations.
Managing:
o Subcontractor’s Quality Manpower’s and third party disciplines.
o Communicating with IPMT team for inspection, tests and Documentation follow up and closing the punch lists

Installing:
o Package Substations, MV, LV Normal & Emergency SWGR’s, Distribution Boards, Motors, MOV’s, Earthing and lightning, Lighting including shelter, Tank Staircase, Area and streets. All type of Cable laying AG & UG.
o All type of Transformers including vector group Dd0 and Scott-T and Cathodic protection Transformer Rectifiers for Tank Bottom Plate.
o Package FAR’s, DCS, ESD, F&G, CCTV, PAGA system cabinets and marshalling panels and instrument devices like pressure, temperature, Flow, Level, SDV, ESDV, PRV, Gauges, Analyzer, Tubing, etc..
Performing:
o Testing & Pre commissioning of Transformers, MV, LV SWGR’s, UPS systems, DB’s, Motor Solo run, CP Transformer Testing for both Tank and UG pipelines.
o Instruments Calibration, loop check, meggering and continuity testing, Panel energization activities.
o Quality checking, raising punch lists, closing of both punch list and ITR’s on the completions system, documentation of tested values.
Managing:
o Pre-commissioning supervisors and third party testing team and construction disciplines.
o Communicating with PMC and KIPIC for inspection, tests and Documents closing with them and uploading on Completion system.
Testing:
o Cable HI-Pot testing for 33KV cables, Meggering and continuity for the cables, loop checking for instruments.
o Primary and secondary injection, Meter testing, UPS function checks, SAT test for the Transformer and SWGR’s.
o Motor Solo run, Motor winding, Meggering and polarization index checking.
o Cathodic Protection Transformer SAT for both UG pipelines and Tanks. Sacrificial anode checks for UG Lines.
o MOV checking include stroke test, Starting and running current tests.
o Light energization and earth mat checking and grid value checking.
o Heat tracing and skin tracing QC check and Dd0 and Scott-T transformer testing.
o Tube hydro test. Loop checking and DCS, ESD and F&G AT tests.
o VESDA system testing.
