• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role AR, AP, GL, budgeting.
• Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.
• Reconcile GL Control Accounts with the corresponding Sub ledgers.
• Manage period-End closing procedures, ensure the completion of the closing on a timely manner and generates the Trial Balance.
• Maintain and update a proper Assets Register.
• Manage all fixed assets and intangible assets related accounting transactions such as acquisition, depreciation, maintenance and disposal.
• Run and review periodic depreciation and amortization reports.
• Conduct periodic fixed assets physical count and reports significant variances.
• Review bank reconciliations for all bank accounts.
• Review all tax accruals and reports.
• Review reconciliation of tax balances.
• Calculate the overheads.

• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.

• Reconcile inventory balances quarterly and report the results to above management
• Preparing yearly budget quarterly and report the results to above management.
• Ensure the batched journal vouchers and disbursement transactions have been completely posted with the correct transaction dates and are properly authorized before posting to the general system.
• Preparing Receipt & Payment Vouchers and booking them.
• Preparation of Schedules for Prepaid and Accrued Expenses and other assets.
• Preparing Banks Reconciliation.
• Conducting monthly sales of cost.
• Review suppliers' accounts on monthly basis and prepare account reconciliation if needed for further action.
• Insure that the daily cash collection is deposited with the right amount and time.
• Conducting monthly payroll and prepare payroll journal voucher.
• Reconcile inventory balances quarterly and report the results to above management.
• Preparing monthly financial statements quarterly and report the results to above management.
• Preparing sales tax return.
• Preparing depreciation schedules.

• Flow up for joiner accountants’ work.
