The broad objective of the program is to modernize IT services and overall infrastructure, mitigate risks of increasing costs and lack of flexibility inhibited by legacy systems. The program consists of various projects to deploy a SOA- based, multi-tier model of information systems using industry standardized heterogeneous products to accommodate users with a modern Common Operating Environment, its long-term objectives and projects includes systems integration, Disaster recovery/ Business continuity and broadband infrastructure to accommodate an overwhelming demand for a personable experience of state-of-the-art IT services.
