The broad objective of the program is to modernize IT services and overall infrastructure, mitigate risks of increasing costs and lack of flexibility inhibited by legacy systems. The program consists of various projects to deploy a SOA- based, multi-tier model of information systems using industry standardized heterogeneous products to accommodate users with a modern Common Operating Environment, its long-term objectives and projects includes systems integration, Disaster recovery/ Business continuity and broadband infrastructure to accommodate an overwhelming demand for a personable experience of state-of-the-art IT services.
I manage the technical support services for thousands of users around a kingdom-wide network for the Mainframes side of operations, to provide means of smooth production on a multi-platform pool of mainframe and superserver computers. leading projects to harness optimum performance and enhance functionality, provide technical consulting and research as needed. Above all, manage and administer a team of highly experienced systems and Data Base Administrators, plan for growth, supervise service contractors to maintain service level agreement (SLA) and managed services contractors.
An intensive program for business professionals, that includes advances topics on managing modern organizations; Economics, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology are basically tailored tp form a prober understanding of their relation to organizational success. The program also provided deep insight on startegic decision making, international business, supply chain management and startegic negotiations. I have had the opportunity to be part of the Asian Intensive School of Advanced Management (AISAM) alumni which provided rich insights on business in Asia, and challenges facing inetrnational enterprise operating in Asian countries.
graduated in Computer science where most senior level courses fall into software engineering and systems programming, later specialized in AI field of expert systems
