Roles and Responsibilities: (Manual Testing)
❖ Involved in identifying scenarios. Writing, Reviewing and Execution of test cases.
❖ Planning daily activities and prioritizing according to the Release Schedule.
❖ Reporting the defects in the bug tracker tool and actively interacting with the developers about the same.
❖ Building Installer Setups using Install Builder 8.1 and Backend sqls.
❖ Involved in Hot Fixes activities and testing the Change Requests.
❖ Deploying the new release Version to Customer site.
❖ Involved in Functional, Integration and compatibility testing.
❖ Involved in deploying hot fixes in Customer's Servers using Citrix, Cisco VPNs, RDP, Virtual Office, Sonic walls and other Gateways.
❖ Involved in technical documents Documentation and Reviewing.

• Bsc IT (pursuing) Technical Expertise Programming Languages: Basics of C, C++, Java, VB Scripting and SQL. Test Automation Tools: QTP 9.2. Defect Tracking Tool: Bugzilla. RDBMS: Oracle 10g. Operating Systems: Windows 98/2000/XP/Vista/Win7, Linux. Software Packages: MS Office.
