• Overseeing tendering, scheduling, planning and successful delivery of Yarra Contracting projects including Level Crossing Removal Projects.
• Conducting quantity take-off and for accurate data.
• Establishing procedures for the processing of shop drawings, samples and catalogue of equipment.
• Procurement of materials and resources for project by utilising supplier agreements and purchase orders for subcontractors including R.F.Q.s and negotiating with suppliers using agreements.
• Liaising with HSEQ Officer, Quality manager and the project team in preparation of I.T.P.s, Q.P.s & checklists.
• Managing daily works records and variations raised by the site project team for the relevant project.
• Assisting in the pre commencement meetings and ensuring onsite crew is inducted with relevant SWMS.

• Determining project feasibility by estimating the quantities and cost of labour, equipment, and materials for the Sunbury Road Upgrade Project (MRPV) of $150-$160 million scope.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, surveyors, project manager and other professional staff and having a clear understanding of CSR within the scope of works.
• Overseeing all construction, maintenance, and operations activities on project site including Bulk Earthworks, Pavement Construction, Drainage, Concrete works, Utilities, Signage, Landscape, ITS, Public Lighting, Asphalting, Piling & Retaining Walls, Foundations etc.
• Working with supervisors to ensure safety compliance and the creation of a safe working environment.
• Collaborating with Quality Control to prepare ITPs, hold points, test requests and managing lots.
• Identifying environmental risks and developing strategies for handling them on each project.

• Prepare and monitor of project/site management plan including quality, safety, environmental, traffic management and construction method plans for the Kennedy Highway project up to $40 million.
• Procurement of project materials, subcontractors using supply agreements and purchase orders.
• Monitoring of project costs including monthly valuation, forecast, analysis of work item costs and completed work costs.
• Develop and maintain schedule and budget for the assigned projects.
• Liaise with WHS&E officer in preparation of I.T.P.s and Q.P.
• Develop and monitor monthly claims reports with project supervisors and project managers.

• Supervised onsite over 10 team members for the Knox regional Netball Centre project up to $20 million.
• Ensured site policies and procedures are being adhered to and implemented effectively.
