I am working as IT Director to plan and execute the automation of upcoming hospitals or chain of clinics to build and design IT systems, review and finalize
the ERP systems, Data Centre, Cyber Security & work Flow optimization in clinical and non-clinical workspace.
Strategic IT Leadership: Define and implement the hospitals IT vision aligned with clinical and operational goals.
Develop long-range strategic and tactical IT plans to support hospital growth and innovation Collaborate with hospital executives (CEO,
CFO, COO) to prioritize IT initiatives. Infrastructure & Systems Management Ensure reliable operation of clinical and business systems
(EMR, HIS, PACS, LIS, RIS, RCM). Involving and supporting RFP for IT and other departments to meet EMR, ERP, NPHIES RCM
requirements, Validate and test the work flow and sign the definition of done.
Cybersecurity & Compliance: Implement robust security controls to protect patient data and hospital systems. Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations (PDPL, CBAHI, JCI, HIMSS, CHI).
Project & Change Management: Lead cross-functional IT projects including system implantation, integrations, and digital transformation.
Vendor & IT Budget management: Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services.
Prepare and monitor IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective technology investments.

Worked as Sr. Group IT head overseeing the IT operations of 16 Plus HealthCare entities which include hospitals, polyclinics,
Urgent Care dispensaries, and Pharmacy chain which are undergoing digital transformation. Unifying the system with an IT
strategic plan., upskilling and empowering IT resources, overseeing cost and IT budget to ensure continuity of business by
leveraging IT.

Worked as Implementation manager to implement ERP for HIS and integration with healthcare eco systems like Medical devices, Patient experience, Mobility, RCM, HIS & back office.

Worked as Sr. Project Manager to handle multiple geographical projects in middle east. Resource Management, Change Management and new project implementation and roll outs across KSA, UAE and India.

Worked as consultant, Implementation manager, Consultant on various projects of healthcare solution implementation across Saudi Arabia and India.
