As a Social Media Senior Supervisor :
• I Work with a wide range of media .
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.
• Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas.
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination.
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.

Learning & Development:
The Learning Consultant is responsible for the development of learning program and content for Client Learning Solutions projects and programs. The Learning Consultant develops, revises, and maintains instructional materials for learning solutions to include but not limited to products, performance support, and custom learning for strategic clients. This position works closely with all members of the Learning Solutions team, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to create instructionally sound learning solutions.
Development:
Responsible for developing and implementing programs that align workforce with key business strategies and initiatives.
Primary responsibilities:
• Create and implement programs at work that connect employees with business goals.
• Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes.
• Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals.
• Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting.
• Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets.
• Create competency models.
• Implement major changes in all aspects of operation.
• Discuss with management to identify specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies.
• Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals.
• Resolve conflict within groups.
• Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.
• Recommend training and development systems.
إدارة الموارد البشرية:
• تطوير بيئه العمل.
• متابعة خطة العمل و مراجعتها .
• توظيف موظفين بكفاءات عاليه.
• عمل الوصوف الوظيفية.
• ترتيب و توزيع المهام بين الموظفين
• متابعة و تنسيق و متابعة الاجازات للموظفين.
• مراجعة كشوف الرواتب و مستحقاتهم.
• ايجاد خيارات التامين الطبي المناسب و تطبيقه للموظفين.
• اكمال معاملات التأمينات الإجتماعية و إنهاء ما يتعلق بها.
• تنفيذ متطلبات مكتب العمل مع موظفي العلاقات الحكومية و تحقيق نسبة السعودة المطلوبه و الحفاظ عليها.
• متابعة و مراجعة العهد لدى الموظفين ( سيارات / اجهزة حاسب الي / سلف / ...
• تنسيق توزيع العماله على السكن الممنوح لهم مع توفير متطلبات السكن الملائم و تنسيق مع موظفين الدوائر الحكومية و تحقيق نسبة السعودة
• مراجعة ملفات الموظفين و الحفاظ على كمالها بشكل مستمر.
إدارة التسويق:
• تنسيق الحملات الاعلانية .
• تنسيق مطبوعات المنشاة اعتماد التصاميم
• ايجاد و اعتماد الوسائل المستخدمة للحملات الاعلانية ( المعارض الداخلية او الخارجية / المنشورات / الدعاية المسموعة / مرئية ...
• البحث و ايجاد معارض للمنشاه و تنسيق متطلبات تجهيزها و تطوير المعارض من ديكورات و عمالة .
