I am an outdoor person when it comes to hobbies. That includes hiking, camping and exploring nature. I formed groups and managed them across the wilderness. Embarking on such adventures taught me management in extreme circumstances, like patience to handle beginners in tough conditions and keeping them motivated. These experiences were highly rewarding for my personal and professional growth.
