PROFESSIONAL supervising the day to day activities of team members
Level 2 introductory driving operational efficiencies, raising customer service level cutting costs.
Certificate in team organizing work load, allocating task, tasking teams on daily basis.
Leading (CMS) managing team and individual performance
Insuring all administrative records are completed accurately
Insure professionalism & high quality is continually maintained.
Preparation of relevant reports and documents for senior managers.
Identifying areas of the business where improvements can be made.
PERSONAL SKILL developing policies to create and maximize performance.
Scheduling staffing level, planning for holidays and weekend cover.
