IT Support Team Leader
Lead and prioritize the support team's workload, and provide clear ownership and resolution of incidents in accordance with the agreed ITIL v3 and SLA standards.
Tasks:
• Provide technical and managerial leadership to the IT Support Team.
• Provide technical support or training for systems and networks
• Develop and maintain standard support procedures and other documentation necessary to ensure proper ITIL v3 process integration
• Develop and maintain standard support procedures and other documentation as required to ensure the support, availability and continuity of IT services to agreed SLA’s and KPI’s.
• Ensure applications/software environments are fully maintained with appropriately supported updates, patches and/or service packs in line with Landmark Technologies system maintenance policies.

Tasks:
• Coordinate contractors and equipment or resource allocation.
