1. Diagnose hardware and software problems and install or replace defective components.
2. Setup equipments for employee use performing or ensuring proper installation of cable, operating systems, and appropriate software.

14. Taking backup and installation of PST (Personal Email Backup).
15. Analyze equipment performance records in order to determine the need for repair or replacement.
16. Maintain a work-order system and prioritize job request.
17. Maintain an inventory of parts for emergency repairs using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
18. Create permanent control record for each trouble case which will then be used as the basis for escalation, tracking, dispatching and follow-up actions.

2. Provision and deploy desktops and laptops using Ghost and other rapid-deployment systems.
3. Administer Active Directory user accounts and Exchange mailboxes.
4. Perform remote troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, PDA’s and other hardware and software.
5. Provide user support and training when necessary including by phone.
6. Manage computer hardware assets and the appropriate disposal of e-waste.
7. Install and trouble-shoot software issues.
8. Trouble-shoot minor hardware and network issues.
9. Self- motivated to remain current with new technology and software applications.
10. Ability to assess, collect and interpret student-testing data.
11. Organize, calendar and make arrangements for hardware maintenance and software updating.

2. Run reports/statistics (with provided instructions) on program usage.
3. Keep track of students’ work and assignments for faculty.
4. Perform clerical duties as assigned.
5. Exercise proper procedures, answer questions, and document/attempt to resolve repetitive problems.
6. Conduct presentations on various software packages/applications. Create lab packets and templates.
7. Inventory lab supplies and submit documentation on needed items to personnel in charge of purchasing supplies.
8. Maintain lab equipment by cleaning disk drives, monitors, keyboards, and other lab hardware.
9. Observe lab occupants upon entering and leaving the lab to secure lab equipment.
