Key Responsibilities:

• Liable for conducting regular RF stats analysis using a variety of CDMA performance monitoring tools to resolve anomalies, faults and categorize trends requiring additional troubleshooting thus developing expertise with inventory tools and procedures.
• Managed the trouble shooting of major/critical O&M alarms occurring during network roll-out thereby receiving PAT from the contracting companies.
• Handled trouble shooting of all kinds of transmission equipment's for DXX, Mini-Link Traffic Node, PDH, SDH and OMS nodes and upgraded software of DXX, High-Cap and Mini-Link Traffic Nodes.
• Spotted and determining problems from recent change logs in the event of Network impairment and Preventive Maintenance Check List (PMR) and generated reports to customers thereby developed proficiency with use of wireless tools and test equipment.

• Monitored the development of critical technologies, updated the management of significant problems regarding performance.
• Handled the reconfiguration and trouble shooting of Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) of Tellabs 8660 thus conducted optical fiber testing on transmission sites and service rings.
• Performed trouble shooting, configuration, supporting and installation for ADM of Tellabs 6340 Switch Node, Tellabs 6345 Switch Node and Tellabs 6350 Switch Node and extended complete technical support for DXX of ADM, Tie cable and DSX DDF.
• Carried out installation, testing, configuration, commissioning and monitoring of Tellabs DXX 6300 (SDH nodes) along with DXX physical and logical cross connections thus executing software upgrades of DXX and ATM.
•Responsible for fixing faults and closing off customer tickets thereby planning for MDTs related to DXX, PDH, SDH nodes and ATM and coordinated with the customers for the acceptance of plan and PAT schedule.

• Organized O&M for all un-PATed sites until the Handover is successfully completed to the customer, tendered on call technical support for all field activities “2G and 3G, consequently performed survey, installation and configuration for STC WIFI.
• Accomplished various troubleshooting and supporting activities for Juniper M320 Router, ZHONE (MALC 719), acceSS7 and ROAMWARE DDN along with CISCO Router re-configuration and troubleshooting.
• Played an imperative role in installing telecommunication equipment and assisted the technical team in execution of complex projects.
