• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation

• Deep investigation of malware and intrusion incidents by using XDR
• Microsoft cloud app security management.
• Manage Microsoft email collaboration ATP activity.
• Evaluate and revise outdated IT security policies and procedures.
• Implementation of controls to mitigate the threats and various security solutions
• Monitor Active Directory activities by using Manage Engine AD audit plus.
• Conduct periodic phishing testing and plan training for employees on the bases of the results.
• Fix detected vulnerabilities, to maintain high-security standards.
• Monitor identity and access management, in addition to monitoring for abuse of permissions.
• Analyze security incidents to determine the cause of problems.
• Monitor SIEM alerts and evaluates their urgency.
• Generate reports for security audit activity.
• Provide support on core business applications like Office 365, SAP GUI, SCCM and Web portal, etc.
• Research and development on Windows products to make them reliable and smooth for operations.
• Deployment of OS & Application deployment, patching, reporting, and backend maintenance using ConfigMgr(SCCM).
• Installing, Managing & Troubleshooting hardware devices especially network switches, routers, wireless point-to-point links, Nano stations, and PABX system.
• Manage McAfee Endpoint security including policy implementation and monitoring. (App Control & ENS)
