Projects
• Manage complete cycle of the project from Initiation phase to closeout phase.
• Create WBS (Work Break Down Structure) of the project and allocate budget.

Tender
• Manage full cycle of Tender Phase from Bid/No Bid stage to successful award and handover to project execution team.
• Work directly with sales, procurement and engineering to prepare proposals, conduct research, perform cost analysis and manage tender process from Bid/no-bid stage to the final submission.
• Manage communication with all Internal stakeholders: Sales, management, engineering, and procurement to prepare strategy for good quality and cost-effective proposal for client.
• Review of client specs, P&IDs, Data sheets, prepare cost sheet, vendors communication, deviation list.
• Prepare cost sheets in accordance with the RFQ and client requirements.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposal
• Compile and manage all pre and post tender client clarifications in relation to the tender submission
• Arrange and conduct tender deliverables review meetings with stakeholders to successfully meet tender objectives
• Review and approve fabricators quotes, drawings according to specification and standards.
• Prepare presentation for tender approval from company management.

• Develop cost sheet & detail proposal according to client specification and RFQ requirements
• Develop project scope of work, project execution planning, cost breakdown of project and coordinate any quality issues prior to start of the project

process & vessel data sheets, P&ID’s, PFD, plot plan, testing and documentation requirements.
• Design calculation of pressure vessel according to ASME Section VIII Div 1 on COMPRESS 2013
• Prepared detail estimate spreadsheet and proposal write-up includes all mechanical systems, piping,
equipment, and skid packages with exceptions & clarifications
• Prepare preliminary drawings on AutoCAD with complete BOM for estimating purpose.
• Consult with clients, vendors, personnel and other departments to discuss and formulate estimates and
resolve issues.
