- Responsible to lead business development and project development for the Group in Qatar and Kuwait.
- Reporting to the CEO of the group.
- Evaluate and optimize business growth opportunities.
- Engage In PPP projects with Ashghal ( Public Private Partnership).
- Assess business opportunities with public sector (Qatar Foundation, Hamad Medical Corporation, Supreme Committee Delivery & legacy, Mowasalat, and Kahramaa) and develop business relation. - -- Managing post-tender activities liaising with all related teams, technical, commercial, legal, financial, and suppliers for biddings and joint venture agreements.
- Develop business relation with key contractors, identify potential opportunities, and close win to win deals.
- Carrying out market intelligence and research.
- Preparation of proposals and monitoring the progress of the submitted quotations to secure the contracts.
- Overseeing pre-award processes to deploy group strategies and business continuity, discuss and negotiate with stakeholders to remove any current or future adversities.
- Attending and organizing fairs, conferences, and events to increase group business exposure.

- Responsible to lead business development and project development in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and Africa.
- Assess and develop business opportunities with different business sectors (Communication, Financial, Healthcare, Insurance, and Real Estate developers).
- Developing new products and services to optimize company’s growth.
- Carrying out market intelligence and research.
- Preparation of proposals and monitoring the progress of the submitted quotations to secure the deals.
