Overall monitoring of production, planning, quality control, research and alalysis, procurement of raw materials of Denim factory and followup shipment and delivery as per targeted date.We mainly produce denim fabric.I look after two unit, slasher and rope unit both of this factory.Its a multinational company belonging Bangladesh and Netherlands.Our monthly fabric delivery capacity about 20 lacs yards.We produce 100% export quality fabric.

I worked in weaving section there.I controlled full production process of weaving section along with manpower management.

I executed full weaving priduction process, weaving planning, manpower management, raw materials management, troubleshooting followup.

Looked after full weaving process including mechanical, knotting and production team of weaving section, Minitored electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, maintained communication with other department, Inspection of produced fabric, manapower management and recruitment.

I controlled three shift's planning and production, Looked after quality regarding weaving and back process, maintained high floor eff%, trained up workers and officers, Troubleshooting work of both electrical and mechanical.

I ran a shift(8 hrs).Shift time every week changed.I monitored production and quality of a shift, maintained all production data entry, full weaving production look after of a shift from three shift.I executed troubleshooting work of full floor along with mantenance work.
