•Ensure products are at proper inventory levels, with merchandising standards maintained
•Execution of merchandising Naturalizer products to best fit individual store layout and needs
•Ensure products are processed and are on the sales floor in a timely manner
•To provide necessary data for all the queries from territories regarding style numbers, price, data, etc on any short / excess supply done to them
•Check and prepare stock variance reports as and when requested
•Follow up for the Trade License with the legal department
•Coordinate with the inventory control department for stock related issues
•Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure payments are made to the suppliers on time
•Work closely with distribution center for sending purchased samples to be photographed
•Coordinate with retail stores to fulfill customer orders of 6thstreet.com
•Coordinate with logistic partners (Fetchr & Aramex), for getting update on status of delivery of online orders.
•Ensure signage and seasonal initiatives are implemented by assigned completion date
•Provide regular communication to Naturalizer regarding floor set, stock, and success stores
•Track and report analytics from email and website data using provided KPIs.
•Maintain sales ranking reports measuring sales force performance against forecast, prior year and peers
•Prepare the MIS reports as required by the Team
•Preparing sale reports on a weekly basis

•Handling Sea and Land shipments Import and Export
•Preparing weekly LCL and FCL Import Shipment Report
•Coordinating with Supplier and Freight Forwarders for copy documents i.e. Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading and Country of Origin Certificate
•Attention to detail in all the freight invoice checking / verification against the quote and duty against the value
•Following up with the finance department for Original documents of shipments
•Collect the Delivery Orders from the various shipping lines and freight forwarding companies on time
•Import of shipments from Factory clearance/ delivery without storage / Demurrage and accordingly plan delivery schedules
•Ensure submission of Daily purchase, confirmation of Variance and processing GRN on time
•Consolidate the invoices, HS Code Summary, DA & CO applications with all the correct and concise details for Exporting to GCC countries
•Ensure all merchandises and non-merchandises are transported to the correct location in a timely manner
•Timely updation of Export Shipment Tracker and sending to Overseas
•Plan and implement import and export strategy and activities consistent with overall aims and requirement of organisation.

•ATS update in Logis + Ocean Export Tracker against Dubai Trade website
•Release House Bill of Lading and Master Bill of Lading
•Handover files to FICO (for invoicing and closing)
•Handover Bill of Lading for exit entry
•Coordinate for Cheque / cash for payment / LPO's
•Coordinate with messenger for Original BL collection & delivery and Exit entry delivery (if applicable)
•Courier specific set of documents to destination (if required)
•Performed miscellaneous duties such as clearance.
