• Responsible for assisting organizational efforts to create a work environment where employees are fully involved in and enthusiastic about their work and where they consistently act in a way that furthers Oman Sail's interests.
• Instrumental in promoting and sustaining a great work environment through programs, events, activities, charitable involvement and enhanced personal engagement.
• Manage call centre operations with an aim to effectively provide the highest level customer service and support to Sindbad members. Proactively identify problems if any, and find solutions for those problems. Provide regular feedback and reports.
• Conduct periodic training programmes for the Call Center staff. Responsible for training material and manage on-going user training for Sindbad users.
• Setting targets for the staff for selling the properties and master record keeping of sales documents. Issuing sales agreement contracts and credit control to all the payments.
• Recording entries of prospects particulars into CRM system and define the new launches in the system.
• Responsible of handling calls from different countries and languages
• Reservation and issuing e-tickets.
• Suggesting new products to the customers.
• Communicating with customers and attending to their requests.
