Scrutinize calls for quality and provide feedback.
Track and maintain monthly performance of the team
Design training and development programs
Design and conduct induction programs & appraisals, and produce training materials for in-house courses.
Manage the quality of the team for the process
Undertake extensive training on Lending Standard Board.

Maintain and record documentation pertaining to Customer issues.
Maintaining the reports of the Customer Satisfaction Survey for the team.

Escalation calls for the new hires whenever there is requirement and conducting team huddles to make the team updated with the new updates.
