Planning and strategizing the hiring and development plan for overall 30 Stores and 2 warehouse.
- Keeping a track on shuffling and budgeting of manpower in accordance with the coordination with
branch managers, Brands and directors as per the budget.
- Ensuring the interview process completion with all the desired criteria along with BGV done for all
levels of hiring.
- Creating and updating the candidate database at all levels and generating job descriptions as per
desired criteria.
- Monitoring the on-boarding process in accordance with the admin team.
