Reporting to Commercial Director providing Pre & Post-Contract commercial support

Projects involved,
Diriyah Square, Riyadh - is an integral part of mixed use master development consisting
of mosque, retail, hotels, branded residency, infrastructure, roads, tunnels and super
basement.

Daily activities include:
 Leading assigned projects on Commercial fronts by chairing commercial meeting,
review and update monthly cost reports.
 Strictly abiding by policy and procedure and delegation of authority (DOA).
 Review and process change order request, contract amendments and invoices for
contractor and consultants.
 Keeping the management aware on commercial position of the projects at all times
and suggesting mitigation.
 Procurement of project consultants and main contractors.
 Coordination with internal and external stake holders to ensure commercial
compliance and timely delivery of projects.
